Baba Vegetable Shooters

What you will need...

Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj
carrots
red bell pepper
green bell pepper
green zucchini
Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisps
What you will do...

Prepare vegetables by cutting them into finger sized sticks.

Line up 8 shot glasses. Place a tablespoon of Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj into the bottom of each shot glass.

Place several vegetable sticks vertically into the shot glass. Once filled, place a Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisp as a garnish with the vegetables in the glass.

Serve with extra Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisps in a large bowl or basket lined with a colourful napkin.

TIP: You can also try using Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus as a dairy-free alternative!
