1. Prepare vegetables by cutting them into finger sized sticks.

2. Line up 8 shot glasses. Place a tablespoon of Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj into the bottom of each shot glass.

3. Place several vegetable sticks vertically into the shot glass. Once filled, place a Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisp as a garnish with the vegetables in the glass.

4.Serve with extra Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisps in a large bowl or basket lined with a colourful napkin.
