Sweet Potato Spiced Nuts

Summer Fresh Sweet Potato Hummus
mixed nuts, salted or unsalted
Kashi*Fire Roasted Vegetable Gourmet Snack Crackers, crushed
chipotle powder
dried cranberries
salt & pepper to taste

1.Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.

2.In a medium size mixing bowl, stir together Summer Fresh Sweet Potato Hummus, chipotle powder, mixed nuts, dried cranberries, and Kashi* Fire Roasted Vegetable Gourmet Snack Cracker crumbs. Make sure nuts are well coated.

3. Place coated nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until crisp, about 10 minutes.

4. Serve in individual cupcake cups, or in an elegant serving bowl.

TIP: To change it up try using Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus instead!
