1.In a medium mixing bowl, mix Summer Fresh Caramelized Onion Topped Hummus with cream cheese and goat cheese. Stir in toasted pine nuts and chopped dates.
2. Shape the cheese mixture into a long rectangle and then wrap tightly in cling wrap. Work quickly to reshape if necessary. Place in freezer for about 6-8 minutes.
3. Remove cling wrap and cut cheese mixture into 1 inch cubes. Roll cubes in Kashi* Toasted Asiago Gourmet Snack Crackers crumbs.
4. Offer your guests festive or funky picks to eat with. Serve with fruit and wine.
TIP: These are also great with Summer Fresh Original Hummus for a ligher taste!
