1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Dip, sausage, and stuffing. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
2. Form mixture into small 2” diametre balls and place on baking sheet.
3. Bake in a 350°F (180°C) oven about 10 - 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Remove from oven and serve warm with toothpicks and extra dip for dipping.
