Hot Buffalo Sauce Cauliflower Skewers
2 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Buffalo Wing Dip
1 box Boulangerie Grissol Melba Canapé Original
1 head Cauliflower, broken into florets
60g (2 Tbsp) Blue cheese, crumbled
60g (4 Tbsp) Butter, melted
15g (2 Tbsp) Parsley, chopped

Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and bake in a 180°C (350°F) oven for about 8 minutes until cauliflower starts to soften.

In a large bowl, mix together 227g Summer Fresh Buffalo Wing Dip, ˝ box crushed Boulangerie Grissol Melba Canapé Original, blue cheese, and parsley. Add the partially cooked florets and mix well.

Return florets to baking sheet and continue baking for another 8 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. Stick florets on short skewers and arrange in a small pail or glass to serve. Serve with a bowl of additional Buffalo Wing Dip for dipping.
