Prepare vegetables by cutting them into finger sized sticks. Line up 8 shot glasses. Place a tablespoon of Summer Fresh Baba Ghanouj into the bottom of each shot glass. Place several vegetable sticks vertically into the shot glass. Once filled, place a Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisp as a garnish with the vegetables in the glass. Serve with extra Kashi* Sea Salt Pita Crisps in a large bowl or basket lined with a colourful napkin.
