Roasted Garlic Hummus Popcorn Balls

Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
cheddar cheese, grated
salt, to taste
popcorn, freshly popped, crushed
truffle oil, to taste

1. In a large bowl, combine Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus, cheddar cheese, salt, popcorn and truffle oil. Mix well. Cover Bowl with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 30-45 seconds. Stir thoroughly, re-cover and return to microwave for another 30-45 seconds.

2. Once cheese is melted and gooey let cool approximately 10 minutes. Then shape into bite-sized balls.

3. Serve popcorn balls on a platter with extra Roasted Garlic Hummus for dipping.

TIP: This unique treat also delights with Summer Fresh Roasted Red Pepper Hummus substituted in place of Roasted Garlic Hummus.
