Lemon Dill Hummus Crab Cakes

dill, chopped
green onions, thinly sliced
red pepper, diced
Summer Fresh Lemon Dill Hummus
Italian bread crumbs

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Blend crab meat with dill, onions, red peppers and Summer Fresh Lemon Dill Hummus.

2. Shape the mixture into balls, then roll on a plate of Italian bread crumbs until well coated, then flatten into a puck shape. Heat a thin layer of cooking oil in a frying pan on medium-high. Brown each cake 1 minute per side.

3. Bake in oven for 5 minutes per side. Remove from oven and serve with Lemon Dill Hummus on the side.

TIP: Kick it up a notch with Summer Fresh Spicy Hummus instead of Lemon Dill hummus.
