Cheesy Baked Bread
1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Roasted Garlic Hummus
1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Bruschetta
1 Large bread loaf, hollowed out
1/4 Cup Roasted red peppers, diced
1/4 Cup jalapeno peppers, diced
1/2 Cup Monterey Jack cheese blend
1 Tbsp Fresh parlsey, chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh basil, chopped

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Summer Fresh Garlic Hummus and Bruchetta with red peppers, jalapeno peppers, and cheese.

2. Place loaf on baking sheet and fill with mixture. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until cheese turns brown and bubbly. While baking, cut up bread removed from bowl into pieces.

3. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and basil. Serve warm with cut up bread pieces or toasted pita triangles for dipping.
