Cheddar & Chipotle Bean Crunchies

large green or yellow wax beans
Summer Fresh Aged Cheddar Chipotle Dip
Kashi* Toasted Asiago Snack Crackers
What you will do...
In a medium saucepan of boiling water, cook beans until tender-crisp, about 1 minute. Drain and chill in ice cold water.

Crush Kashi* Toasted Asiago Snack Crackers into fine crumbs. Roll one end of each bean in Summer Fresh Aged Cheddar & Chipotle Dip until well coated, and then roll in the cracker crumbs.

Serve in a glass with a small bowl of Aged Cheddar & Chipotle Dip on the side.

TIP: Substitute Summer Fresh Artichoke & Asiago Dip in place of the Aged Cheddar & Chipotle Dip.
