Mini Crab & Lobster Tzatziki Po’ Boys
1 x 227g (8 oz) Summer Fresh Tzatziki
6 Mini rolls, cut along the top and opened
7.5 mL (½ cup) Romaine lettuce, shredded
4 Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
170 g (6 oz) Crab meat, cooked, shredded
170 g (6 oz) Lobster meat, cooked, shredded

In a medium bowl, add crab and lobster meat with 227g of Summer Fresh Tzatziki, and mix until well combined.

Arrange mini rolls on a serving platter. To each roll add 2 or 3 slices of tomato, and an equal amount of shredded lettuce.

Fill each roll with an equal amount of the crab & lobster mixture, and serve.
