Messy 5 Cheese Potato Wedges
1 227g (8oz) Summer Fresh 5 Cheese Dip
Potato wedges
50g (2 oz) Shredded mozzarella
50g (2 oz) Shredded cheddar
50g (2 oz) Shaved asiago
7.5 mL (½ Tbsp) Chives, chopped
7.5 mL (½ Tbsp) Parsley, chopped

Bake wedges in oven as per instructions on the package. Remove and allow to cool slightly.

Transfer wedges to a sealable container. Add 227g (8 oz) of Summer Fresh 5 Cheese Dip and mix thoroughly. Seal container and shake carefully to make sure wedges are evenly coated.

Transfer wedges to an oven-safe baking dish. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and asiago cheeses. Sprinkle with chives and parsley. Return to oven and cook another 3-5 minutes, just until cheese becomes melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and serve.
