Hummus Honeyed Figs on
Cranberry Hazelnut Crisps

1 x 227g (8oz) Summer Fresh Original Hummus
1 box lesley stowe Cranberry Hazelnut raincoast crisps®
12 Fresh figs
120 mL (4 oz) Honey

Arrange figs upright on a baking sheet. With a knife carefully score each fig in a cross pattern and open them up slightly. Brush each open fig with some honey.

Broil the honeyed figs just until the honey starts to bubble (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from oven and let cool. Layout Cranberry Hazelnut raincoast crisps® on a serving dish. Add a dollop of Summer Fresh Original Hummus to each crisp.

Place one fig into the hummus on each crisp. Add another dollop of hummus to the center of each fig. Finish the figs with a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkling of cracked pepper.
