Use a star shaped cookie cutter (or your preferred shape) about 3" across to cut out shar shapes from the watermelon slices. Use a mellon naller or small teaspoon to scoop out a small hollow in the center of each watermelon star.

In a medium bowl, mix together Summer Fresh Tzatiki, crumbled feta, and mint chiffonade until well combined. Spoon an equal amount of mixture into hollow of each watermelon star.

Arrange on rustic platter. Drizzle the port vinegar glaze and serve with small dishes and extra Tzatziki for dipping.
